The latest update to SmartDX was released
Make sure SmartDX is closed and all patient files have been uploaded.
Check if you have the current version. Go to
Start > SmartDX > Check
for new update.
If SmartDX detects an older version, it will automatically download an update. Follow the prompts for installation.
Click
Follow the prompts for installation.
IMPORTANT: During installation, if asked if you want to "block" or "unblock" SmartDX/Filemaker's access to the Internet, make sure you select "unblock".
Install a preferred parallel software that enables you to run Windows programs on your MAC. Then download and install the latest version of SmartDX
The latest update to Progress E-Z was released 2/23/2015.
1. First, create a folder on your Android Device that will contain the MyHomecareBiz App. Open the "My Files" folder on your Android device and "Create Folder". Name this newly created folder "MHCB"
2. On the computer - log into MyHomecareBiz (MHCB) >Dashboard > Update SmartDX >
3. Connect your Android OS device to your computer using your USB port to Android device cable.
4. Your computer autoplay will open a little window with options for your Android device. Choose "Open device to view folders". Open the folder "MHCB" in the window on your computer to view the folder on your device.
5. Use the right mouse button to open a second window on your computer that shows a view of the devices, drives, folders and files on your computer. Navigate to your C:\Downloads folder and find the MHCB.apk file that was downloaded.
6. Copy MHCB.apk file from C:Downloads folder on your computer to your Android device My Files/MHCB folder on your computer.
7. Back to your Android device > Open" My Files" folder > Open "MHCB" folder > select "MHCB" to run. Say "yes" to install this app.
8. After installation, go to "Apps" on your device and copy the MHCB app icon onto the Home page of your device.
