3. Refer to coding spreadsheet to start making your final list
	a. Use anything in red (comorbidity)  
	b. Avoid duplicate priorities - select pathways that appear to be more complicated
	c. If PDx does not have PDGM class - get alternative
4. change dx in user-EMR
5. await completed OASIS
6. upload completed OASIS xml dataset to MHCB
7. update user-EMR 485 with G&I
8. SEND message1 sent to agency requesting utilization approval > ATTACH Recommended Utilization, Teaching Plan, User-entered Diagnoses
9. approval/changes received 
	f. update utilization in MHCB 
10. SEND message2 sent to agency > ATTACH  Patient Recall Sheet, Visit Plan
