3. coding review: plug in all the diagnoses from the H&P into the spreadsheet
4. run the user-entered Diagnosis report to find pressure ulcer, stasis ulcer, surgical wound
5. Add those ICDs (for wounds from OASIS) to the coding spreadsheet
6. Refer to coding spreadsheet to start making your final list
	a. Use anything in red (comorbidity)  
	b. Avoid duplicate priorities - select pathways that appear to be more complicated
	c. If PDx does not have PDGM class - get alternative
7. Change codes in MHCB to generate reports 
	d. change dx in user-EMR
8. SEND message1 sent to agency requesting G&I approval, utilization approval > ATTACH user-entered Goals & Interventions, Teaching Plan, Recommended Utilization
9. approval/changes received 
	e. update user-EMR 485 with G&I
	f. update utilization in MHCB 
10. SEND message2 sent to agency > ATTACH  Patient Recall Sheet, Visit Plan
